This March Blauberg Group invited the best-performing partners of the Group's office in China for a tour of the company's facilities. During the tour 16 representatives attended ISH 2017 international expo in Frankfurt Am Main, visited the company's facilities in Ukraine and Germany (Munich and Trier) and shared experience in an informal setting.
On 13 and 14 March the guests were shown round the VENTS (Ukraine) factory, the Group's largest full-cycle production facility which makes high-tech products under the Blauberg and VENTS brands. The tour programme included visits to the domestic ventilation shop, the new single-block unit, AHU and single-space unit shops, the metal-processing shop and the plastic injection moulding shop where the guests could ascertain the high quality and aesthetics of the company's products. The Chinese visitors praised the equipment capability and the potential of the production facility which produces about 12 thousand commercial fans and over 650 thousand domestic fans per month. The guests had a keen interest in the unique climatic laboratory which enables simulating the temperature (from -30°C to +35°C) and humidity (from 40% to 90%) conditions of the environment.
Then the group was taken to the VENTS showrom, one of the largest of its kind in Europe, for a presentation of the Group's new products. During the presentation the visitors and the hosts engaged in a lively exchange of opinions and discussed avenues for further cooperation.
Later the guests were demonstrated a selection of Blauberg and VENTS products on display at one of the leading DIY chains. The eventful agenda was concluded with a sightseeing tour of Kyiv and a visit to a local restaurant serving traditional Ukrainian delicacies.
Munich factory and ISH 2017
The next destination on the tour programme was Munich, the location of the Blauberg Group's research and development centre. The factory tour included a visit to the functional and endurance testing laboratory where fans undergo comprehensive quality tests and to the R&D Centre which develops new products and energy-saving technology. During the visit to Munich the guests received traditional German souvenirs and the Premium Partner awards in recognition of their status of the largest distributors of the Blauberg Group in China.
On the following day the guests travelled to Frankfurt Am Main which hosted ISH 2017, the world's leading trade fair for installation technology and HVACR industry. 2,482 exhibitors from 61 countries launched their latest products onto the world market on an area of 260,000 square metres. The Blauberg Group showcased its newest offerings marketed under Blauberg Ventilatoren, VENTS, Zern Engineering and Blauberg Motoren brands. Blauberg Ventilatoren presented a wide range of ErP2018 compliant energy-efficient ventilation solutions designed specifically to reduce equipment operating costs.
Bringing the tour to a close the Chinese guests travelled to the quaint town of Trier to visit the production facility of Haflex, the Group's partner which produces manufacturing equipment for flexible ducts.
