From April 8 to 13, 2026, China hosted one of the most important events on the Group’s calendar—the 4th Blauberg Group General Committee Meeting. The annual meeting brought together managing directors of regional offices and department heads of the Group from around the world to review results and set strategic priorities.

China was chosen as the venue for this year’s meeting to underscore the strategic importance of the region, where Blauberg China and Suzhou Blauberg Motor Technology Co., Ltd. are actively expanding and play a vital role in the Group’s global structure.

 

From Beijing to Suzhou: Exploring the Region

The event’s itinerary began in Beijing. Delegation members visited the China Refrigeration Expo 2026, where Blauberg China had a large booth. This gave managers from other regions the opportunity to learn more about Blauberg’s products for the Asian market and to hold a series of meetings with international partners and customers in the lively atmosphere of the industry event.

The next stage of the event was a trip to Suzhou—one of the Blauberg Group’s key manufacturing hubs. The delegation visited the production facilities of Suzhou Blauberg Motor Technology Co., Ltd., located in the local industrial park. The factory tour allowed participants to see the scale of production firsthand and better understand the technological capabilities and strategic role of the Chinese division in the Group’s development.

 

Official Session: Results and New Horizons

The highlight of the meeting was a session of presentations and strategic reports. Managing directors and division heads analyzed the performance of their units for 2025 and the first quarter of 2026.

The main topics of the reports covered the following key areas of the Group’s development:

New products. A new product development plan from VENTS (Ukraine) and the new BlauCOOL product range were presented. The report focused on the development of integrated HVAC solutions and their potential for application in various global markets.

Business expansion. The creation of Blauberg Engineering, a new European business unit of the Group specializing in the global development of the “components business,” was announced.

Technology. Products for Storge Automation controllers, developed by Blauberg Brasil, were presented. The technology section also included an overview of digital solutions for monitoring market prices through online channels.

Finance. Blauberg Group’s sales and financial performance indicators were announced. Participants were briefed on the Group’s position in the global ventilation market and presented with the structure of the sales reporting system.

Strategy. Details of the “Vision 2030” program, structured around six strategic directions, were revealed. These vectors form the foundation of the Group’s long-term development strategy through 2030.

 

Steady Growth

The Group’s financial performance is the main evidence of the success of its chosen strategy: in 2025, Blauberg Group’s growth exceeded 15%. The Group continues to strengthen its position on the international arena, expand its presence, and improve its supply chains.

“The Blauberg Group has a solid foundation for further development. In 2026, we will continue our active expansion, implement groundbreaking technological solutions, and open up new growth opportunities together with our partners worldwide,” the meeting participants concluded.
