One of the main factors that had a positive impact on last year’s performance was the opening of Blauberg Asia in 2024, the Group’s regional representative office in Southeast Asia. This step enabled the Blauberg Group to significantly enhance its presence in the region and increase product sales.

The members of the Blauberg Group’s Board of Directors also positively assessed the opening of a representative office in Brazil in 2025 – Blauberg Brasil, which improved logistics in the region, namely, reduced delivery times for customers in South America and optimized delivery costs.

According to the attendees, the Group’s steady growth is mainly due to its innovative approach, high quality standards, and strategic vision for the future. For example, Blauberg Group was one of the first companies in the world to start developing and manufacturing ventilation systems for shelters. Today’s events in some parts of the world show that this decision was timely and completely justified.

Summarizing the results of the meeting, the members of the Board of Directors emphasized that Blauberg Group has a solid foundation for further development. Komfort EC DBE 2000 heat recovery units were chosen for the Jiahui Oak school. Together with the air duct system and silencers, they formed a highly efficient complex that fully meets the requirements of the facility and guarantees stable operation.

By European standards, Respublika Park in Kyiv is a true giant. Its total area reaches 300,000 m², and its annual visitor traffic is estimated at 20 million people. The mall has hundreds of shops, about 50 restaurants, a 14-screen cinema, a sports club with a swimming pool, a 2,000 m² indoor green park, and a 10,000 m² entertainment park. For visitor convenience, there is a parking lot that can accommodate 3,500 cars.

Given the size of the shopping and entertainment center, the project required a reliable, high-performance, and efficient ventilation system. With extensive experience in manufacturing powerful and energy-efficient ventilation units, VENTS submitted its bid for the tender, and it was accepted for implementation.

As part of the project, 77 AirVENTS ventilation units with a total air flow of almost 1.3 million m³/h were installed on site. All equipment is integrated into the building’s management system, which provides centralized control and precise adjustment for different operating scenarios.

VENTS has fully equipped the Respublika Park shopping and entertainment center with modern ventilation units, once again proving its capability to implement large-scale and complex engineering solutions.

Industrial ventilation units play a key role in ensuring high-quality air exchange in manufacturing, commercial and warehouse facilities, energy plants, chemical and pharmaceutical factories, etc. In Europe, the industrial ventilation unit market is stable and growing gradually, supported by environmental regulations, increased energy efficiency, and the digitalization of the industry.

According to Eurovent Market Intelligence, the turnover of the European market for industrial supply and exhaust air handling units (with a capacity of 250 m³/h) in 2024 amounted to over €1.87 billion in total. It has grown 0.4% compared to the previous year.

✅ Energy efficiency and the EU’s Green Deal
The European Green Deal* encourages companies to upgrade their ventilation systems to reduce energy consumption. As a result, old systems are being actively modified with modern units featuring heat recovery, variable air volume (VAV), and EC motors.

The top 10 countries by largest contribution to the financial turnover in this market were Sweden (€255 million), Germany (€245 million), France (€209 million), the United Kingdom (€163 million), Italy (€149 million), Norway (€114 million), Turkey (€100 million), the Netherlands (€88 million), Spain (€81 million), and Poland (€62 million). In total, these countries accounted for over 78% of the European industrial HVAC market in 2024.

Compared to 2023, the largest growth in turnover was recorded in Sweden (up €40.1 million), Italy (€22.9 million), Ireland (€17.7 million), and Spain (€14.7 million), which demonstrates the promising prospects of these markets. The largest growth in turnover in percentage terms was in Ireland (53.5%), Slovakia (45.9%), Luxembourg (24.8%), and Spain (22.3%).

In numerical terms, 130,094 industrial AHUs were sold in Europe in 2024, which is 3% less than in the previous year. The leaders in absolute numbers of units sold were France (25,019 units), Germany (12,391), Sweden (10,819), Italy (9,563), Turkey (9,530), Poland (8,457), Norway (6,435), the United Kingdom (5,647), the Netherlands (5,156), and Spain (4,963). These countries accounted for over 75% of all units sold in 2024.

Different performance for different demand

Eurovent Market Intelligence also provides data on sales of industrial air handling units on the European market depending on equipment performance.

Thus, units with minimum air flow (from 250 to 1000 m³/h) accounted for 12.7% of the market. The highest demand was observed for ventilation units with an air flow ranging from 1000 to 2500 m³/h, taking up 25.8% of the market. A slightly smaller share (22.3%) went to ventilation units with an air flow of 2,500 to 5,000 m³/h. Units with an air flow of 5,000 to 10,000 m³/h accounted for 17.9% of the market. The total share of units with the values ranging from 10,000 to 50,000 m³/h and above was 21.3%.

The average air flow of industrial air handling units sold on the European market in 2024 was 7740 m³/h. However, these figures vary significantly across Europe. For example, low-capacity equipment prevailed in France (4,781 m³/h), Germany (4,937 m³/h), Switzerland (5,188 m³/h), Estonia (5,285 m³/h), and Austria (5,349 m³/h). On the other hand, Turkey (13,845 m³/h), Ireland (11,234 m³/h), and the Balkan countries: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Macedonia, Serbia (11,082 m³/h), Malta (11,073 m³/h) and Spain (10,948 m³/h) have opted for high-performance ventilation equipment.
