The Blauberg Group shares the principles of Sustainable Development and aligns its business processes with the concept’s goals and requirements. Our business is based on environmental stewardship, sustainable use of natural resources, energy conservation, responsible production and consumption, equality and equity. We have already achieved a lot on this path and continue to improve within the framework of our internal strategy of Sustainable Development.

Energy-efficient equipment
Blauberg Group's production units are equipped with the state-of-the-art energy-efficient equipment from the world's leading manufacturers. Not only does this equipment consume less energy, but its rational use of electricity and shorter lead times also help to conserve energy.

Optimized production and logistics
Our company has achieved a full production cycle, from the manufacture of components to the assembly of finished products. This step has allowed us to reduce the workload of other companies, localize all production and internal logistics in one place, which has significantly reduced harmful emissions into the environment.

Waste-free production
Our commitment to the environment is also reflected in the organisation of zero-waste production. Our production processes are now designed to minimise and recycle waste. Closed-loop production allows us to fully recycle waste metals and plastics and return them to the production process many times over.

Lean Production
Blauberg Group's production processes are based on the Lean Production management strategy, which is implemented in the company as the Blauberg Group's production system. This system of production rationalisation ensures that there are no waste or rejects, which has enabled us to make the most efficient use of production equipment, reduce waste and save raw materials and energy.

Environmentally friendly materials
Only high-quality and environmentally friendly materials from the world's leading suppliers are used in the manufacture of Blauberg Group's products, as attested by the relevant certificates. Therefore, the operation of our ventilation products is not harmful to human health and the environment.
Our products
Our products are designed to improve air quality and reduce emissions compared to traditional methods. We develop them to protect our customers from the impact of pollution while striving to to reduce carbon emissions.
Long service life
We manufacture high-quality products that are designed to last for many years. The longevity of the ventilation equipment means that it does not need to be replaced frequently, reducing waste and environmental impact.
Recycled material packaging
Around 95% of Blauberg Group's individual product packaging and transport containers are made from recycled paper. Multiple recycling and reuse of packaging can significantly reduce pulp consumption and paper waste.
Energy-efficient motors
Blauberg Group products are equipped with state-of-the-art energy-efficient motors, including EC motors, which have low power consumption and enable significant energy savings in the operation of ventilation equipment. EC technologies meet the highest requirements in the field of energy-efficient ventilation, allowing energy consumption to be reduced by up to 35% compared to traditional induction motors.
Heat recovery
Our aim is to create the most energy-efficient ventilation products possible. That is why our ventilation units are equipped with heat exchangers that use the heat in the exhaust air to keep the room warm in the cold season and cool in the summer. This reduces the load on the heating and air conditioning systems and therefore reduces energy consumption.
Ventilation automation and operation optimisation systems
Many of the ventilation products offered by Blauberg Group have a built-in automation system and are equipped with humidity and carbon dioxide sensors. This solution allows for flexible operation of the units depending on the air quality. The ability to operate in different modes with different capacities allows ventilation equipment not to be overloaded when it is not necessary, thus reducing energy consumption.
