The Board of Directors of Blauberg Group outlined its plans for 2026
On February 27, 2026, a meeting of the Board of Directors of Blauberg Group was held in Luxembourg, during which the results of the Group’s activities for 2025 were summarized and key areas of development for 2026 were identified.
The meeting was attended by members of the Board of Directors: Alexander Klapyshevskyi, Horst Hahn, Bartosz Szlapka, and Gabor Mocskonyi. During the discussion, the results of the Group’s companies and the main achievements of the past year were analyzed, and strategic priorities for the near future were outlined.
It was noted that 2025 was an eventful year for Blauberg Group and brought positive growth dynamics. The group of companies continued to develop consistently, strengthen its position in the international market, expand its geographic reach, and improve its manufacturing and logistics capabilities. By preliminary estimates, the Group’s financial results grew by more than 15% in 2025. This growth momentum is expected to be maintained in 2026.
One of the main factors that had a positive impact on last year’s performance was the opening of Blauberg Asia in 2024, the Group’s regional representative office in Southeast Asia. This step enabled the Blauberg Group to significantly enhance its presence in the region and increase product sales.
The members of the Blauberg Group’s Board of Directors also positively assessed the opening of a representative office in Brazil in 2025 – Blauberg Brasil, which improved logistics in the region, namely, reduced delivery times for customers in South America and optimized delivery costs.
According to the attendees, the Group’s steady growth is mainly due to its innovative approach, high quality standards, and strategic vision for the future. For example, Blauberg Group was one of the first companies in the world to start developing and manufacturing ventilation systems for shelters. Today’s events in some parts of the world show that this decision was timely and completely justified.
Summarizing the results of the meeting, the members of the Board of Directors emphasized that Blauberg Group has a solid foundation for further development. In 2026, the Group plans to continue its active expansion in global markets, expand its network of partners, implement new technological solutions, and open up new opportunities for growth.
Blauberg Group’s strategic goal is to further strengthen its global presence and set new standards of quality and innovation in ventilation solutions.
