Privacy policy

The purpose of this page is to lay down the terms and conditions of using certain digital products provided by Blauberg Group. 

1. General rules and definitions 

1.1. By viewing or otherwise using the Blauberg Group websites and the information, materials, databases or content (hereinafter "Materials", "Information" and "Content") contained therein you unconditionally accept all the terms and conditions set forth in the present Blauberg Group Website Confidentiality Policy (hereinafter "Confidentiality Policy") and agree to observe them in their entirety. 

1.2. Blauberg Group reserves the right to change, add or exclude any elements of the said confidentiality policy by updating this statement at any time. The changes shall be deemed effective upon updating the Confidentiality Policy published on any of the Blauberg Group websites. You must read the Confidentiality Policy before using any of the Blauberg Group websites. By continuing to use the Blauberg Group websites you agree to any and all changes previously made to the Confidentiality Policy as at using the said websites. 

1.3. The Confidentiality Policy shall be deemed an integral part of the Terms of Use of the Blauberg Group Websites. Should you have any questions, comments or complaints with regards to the Blauberg Group websites, please contact Blauberg Group by sending us a message via the feedback form. 

1.4. Should any clause of the present Confidentiality Policy become illegal, invalid or unenforceable for any reason whatsoever, such clause shall be deemed excluded from the present Confidentiality Policy and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining clauses hereof. 

2. Personal Information 

2.1. By using the Blauberg Group websites you agree that during such use Blauberg Group may ask for your personal information (i.e. information which enables your identification such as your name, postal address, e-mail, age group etc.) during such use. Personal information shall only be received if provided on a voluntary basis. For example, to answer your questions Blauberg Group may require such information as your name and surname as well as your electronic or postal address. 

2.2. Blauberg Group does not verify the personal information provided for authenticity and is not able to establish your legal capacity. However, Blauberg Group acts on the assumption that the information you have provided is true and adequate and is updated as necessary. 

2.3. By using the Blauberg Group websites you agree to processing (including collection, registration, aggregation, storage, adaptation, modification, updating, use and distribution (disclosure, sale, transfer, anonymization and destruction) of your personal information provided in the form of data entered to electronic databases for the purposes of carrying out advertising, marketing and commercial activities as well as raising awareness about Blauberg Group products and consumer demand analysis. 

2.4. By using the Blauberg Group websites you allow Blauberg Group to disclose your personal information in the following cases: 

2.4.1. Upon request of law enforcement and regulatory authorities and other government agencies, local government authorities and other authorised bodies. 

2.4.2. Pursuant to a law or court judgement (decision or ruling). 

2.4.3. In the event that Blauberg Group deems such disclosure necessary or expedient to prevent, stop or investigate unlawful activities against Blauberg Group or any third party. 

3. Registration 

3.1. Blauberg Group has the right to completely or partially restrict the use of the Blauberg Group websites to any user who has not completed the registration procedure resulting in the creation of a unique user account. 

3.2. To become a registered user you undertake to provide complete and accurate information about yourself while answering the registration form questions and update this information as may be necessary. Should you provide inaccurate information or in the event that Blauberg Group has a reason to believe that the information you have provided is incomplete or false, Blauberg Group reserves the right to block or delete your account and completely or partially restrict your use of the Blauberg Group websites at its sole discretion. 

3.3. Upon registration you choose the preferred login (i.e. a unique symbolic name of the account) and password for accessing the account. Blauberg Group has the right to deny the use of certain logins and impose certain requirements to the login and password (such as their length, allowed symbols etc.). 

3.4. You shall be solely responsible for keeping your chosen login and password secure and holding them confidential on your own account. Furthermore, you shall be solely responsible for any and all actions (including their consequences) performed during the login sessions under your account including voluntary provision of data for accessing the account to any third party. That being said, all the actions performed under your account  shall be deemed performed by you with the exception of circumstances covered in p. 3.5. herein. 

3.5. You must immediately inform Blauberg Group about any known or expected cases of unauthorised used of your account, or about any known or expected security breach including loss, theft or unauthorised disclosure of your login or password. 

4. Non-personal information 

4.1. By using the Blauberg Group websites you agree that during such use Blauberg Group may automatically process (including collection, registration, aggregation, storage, adaptation, modification, updating, use and distribution (disclosure, sale, transfer), anonymization and destruction) of certain kinds of your non-personal information (i.e. information which does not enable your identification - in particular the type of your browser, your IP address, URL of the website you visited previously etc.).  

4.1.1. By using the Blauberg Group websites you agree to accept cookies to be installed onto your device during such use. In addition to that you acknowledge being aware of sending the data specific to your experience of using the Blauberg Group websites collected in the cookie files to Blauberg Group. You may delete or refuse to accept cookie files at any time. To that effect you will have to change the preferences of the web browser used to view the Blauberg Group websites. Should you decide to do so we may not be able to ensure a comprehensive user experience of the Blauberg Group websites. 

4.1.2. By using the Blauberg Group websites you agree that during such use Blauberg Group may use web beacons for promotional purposes to distribute advertising materials by e-mail and track the traffic to the Blauberg Group websites. If you visit pages of the Blauberg Group websites which contain a web beacon, it contacts your device to establish, among other things, if you have visited such page or watched a certain promotional material. 

4.1.3. By using the Blauberg Group websites you agree that during such use Blauberg Group may collect IP addresses for the purposes of system administration, diagnosing server issues and statistical analysis. 

4.2. To process your non-personal information Blauberg Group may enlist third-party services. 

4.3. Blauberg Group may also collect non-personal information which you provide on a voluntary basis - in particular, the information contained in your responses to questionnaires or surveys. 

4.4. Blauberg Group processes your non-personal information to optimise the performance of the Blauberg Group websites and provide you with a better user experience. 

5. User Information Handling Safety 

5.1. Blauberg Group shall take all the reasonable organisational and technical efforts to protect your information against unauthorised or accidental access, collection, copying, use, distribution (disclosure, sale, transfer), modification, alteration, blocking, destruction as well as against any other unlawful activities of third parties. 

5.2. We shall treat your personal information as confidential except when you make such personal information part of the public domain with unrestricted access.
